Pentecost: Where's the fruit? - Homily for June 4



Readings for Sunday, June 4 / Pentecost: Acts 2:1-11  |  Psalm 104  |  1 Corinthians 12:3-7, 12-13  |  John 20:19-23

The Holy Spirit dwells in our soul and in doing so enlivens that which is good and holy and seeks to destroy that which is not godly. A way of seeing if this is truly taking place in the soul is to see what fruits we produce, particularly the 12 Fruits of the Holy Spirit. So ... where's the fruit?
